How it works
Easy to Register
Enter the email or phone number that is registered to your PoD and we’ll send you a confirmation email or text. Enter the number when prompted by the Smiota app and you’re all set!
Easy to Use
With the Smiota delivery app you can see all your packages right from the homepage. Once you are near your PoD, click the “Open Locker” button to access your package — no access code necessary!
Easy to Manage
With one click, you can easily view your package history, see which courier delivered it, when it was delivered, what type of package it was, and where you picked it up.
